Rocket Locums was launched by three friends, Raj, Tony, and Alberto, to solve the biggest issue in locum tenens staffing - price transparency. Why can't both the worker and the hiring side find each other and do business at a fair price? Why should a middle-man staffing agency take a big commission while the worker take home much less and the hiring side pay much more? We did not think this was fair. So, we launched Rocket Locums to solve this problem. Our software allows both parties to find each other without blinding. Whatever the worker and hiring side agree upon is ok with us. We take a much smaller facilitation fee for making the handshake happen and for providing the group malpractice insurance coverage.
